Tonight I am just rejoicing at all the Lord has done and all that He promises to do!!!!!!!
Thank you Father for a great week. Thank you for next week whatever it brings. Thank you that you know and are holding me and my family in your arms and will carry us through.
I love you!!
I saw you at 15 as my dad came to tell me my friend was gone and another in ICU.
I saw you at that friends bedside when nurses explained things I never knew even could happen or exist.
I saw you at 16 - 20 when I ran from you and did not know what to do.... your hand protected, saved and brought me to my knees.
I saw you use a sweet little man that I held in my arms as I missed my own Little one that was with you and long to be able to be something that he could look up to and feel safe with.
I saw you as a family lovingly took me back and forgave me, taught me, and let me become a part of their lives and the precious lives of my niece and nephew.
I saw you be with me as I walked into nursing school after dropping out at 16 and thinking I was unable to learn.
I saw you with me as I began my search for you and you brought me through scripture to your truth and to the chapel you had for me.
I saw you bring a guy who had been very hurt and I a friendship that was so precious, bring him salvation and bring us a love that I never knew existed.
I saw your mercy in my health problems and you bringing our life to us so that we would trust you and learn to lean on you and not ourselves.
I saw you carry us through thinking we might never have a little one, losing one, almost losing Christian to holding our beautiful miracle in our arms.
I saw you bring a second little bundle quickly and perfectly.
I saw you build friendships when I did not think it possible after what I had been through.
I saw you love me enough to break my pride, anger and hurt I had harbored for years and bring me to the end of myself so that when it all lifted the only thing left was Micah and I and you.
I have seen you give me a marriage I never knew to be able to fall in love with someone more every day.
I have seen you set me aside to learn to be quiet, at rest and rely on you alone.
I have seen you use my health to make my husband, myself and my children be better off to serve you and strip us of ourselves.
I have seen you work miracles.
I have seen you provide.
I have learned you are all that we need.
My mom when she brought me a beautiful crystal egg with a cross on it at 20 after coming home after five long years through many tears wrote me a note with it that said.... the old has past god is making you a new thing.......
Lord, so many times I have felt lost, alone and not worth it.... but you are always there. You always love me. And you loved me enough to die for me, guide me, protect me when I chose sin and should have been killed and brought me to the end of myself. When I thought all was well but was still so angry and hurt by things you did not leave me there you brought me again to the end of myself. you have given me a life that I never dreamed possible and I just want to say thank you. I love you and I pray that you will never stop bringing me to the end of myself so that more of you shines through every day.
Help us not be judgemental to others..... but remember what you have done for us in giving us a new day, a new life and new chances. Help us find our security in you!!!!
I love you.
I love Micah.
I love my precious kids... all four of them.
I love the people you have put in my life.
I love that you give us a new start.
Thank you for loving me the way I am but not letting me stay this way...........
to you I owe my everything.......
thanks for 30 great years.........

Hair
As most of you know some of us in the Daniel household have more hair then others....
Christian tells me this a couple days ago....
Mom, can I tell you something?
Yes.
Did you know the Lord knows how many hairs are on each of our heads?
Yes.
(he has his thinking look on his face......)
that is alot of hairs....
it sure is.
But not as many for dad.......
I laughed hysterically and called Micah. But we all know that along time ago Micah had more hair then any of us.......
can I say heavy metal?????
This one was one that had to be kept for posterity.....
