This morning I am just praising the Lord and very excited that He is at work and I am seeing it first hand!!!!!
How awesome to be a part of it and be able to be used for His glory. Let us all pray that the Holy Spirit is free and not hindered and that we are focused on His work alone with our goal to be busy for our King!!!
Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin that so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
If any of us have things that are holding us back or dragging us down from serving our Savior let us ask Him to help us let go and do the work. He longs to forgive, restore and help us grow!!!!

Service for our King
I read this choice gleanings for today....
Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you. Phil 1:24
What a blessing the apostle Paul was to the saints- he taught them God's truth, prayed continually for them, encouraged them, rebuked them, aided them in infirmities, and comforted them. Perhaps even more amazing is that he tells us that he did all this in love and joy( Phil 2:17). Paul was confident that through Christ, he was a blessing to the church and that his help was needed. What am I to the church? Is it needful that I remain? Would my help be greatly missed if I were gone? God is able to give me love for the saints and a desire to serve them. Am I fulfilling that charge?

Make me a channel of blessing today, make me a channel of blessing, I pray:
My life possessing, my service blessing, make me a channel of blessing today.
I love how this speaks of service and that the church body needs us to obey and let the Lord use us. No matter who we are the Lord's work is waiting and needs to be done......
Thank you Father for using a sinner like me........
